Business Growth Guarantee Terms

Any IBC business-growth or financial-performance guarantee applies only when expressly incorporated into a signed engagement agreement. The agreement should define the baseline, target metric, measurement period and methodology, client responsibilities, implementation requirements, required resources, data requirements, external-factor provisions, verification process and applicable remedy. General website descriptions do not independently create a contractual guarantee; the executed agreement controls.
