Performance-linked engagements
For qualifying engagements, IBC may agree in writing to a defined business-growth or financial-performance guarantee. Any guarantee exists only when expressly included in the executed consulting agreement and is governed by its baseline, target, measurement methodology, implementation obligations, external-factor provisions and remedy.
